How do I start?
Start with a short guided setup on the web — no passwords, just an e-mail code. There is nothing to prepare: we ask the right questions about your business. After that, every change is one message. See how it works
How quickly is my site live?
That is up to you. Telling us about your business takes about an hour of your time; we then build a first version as a preview. You refine it, and you decide when it goes live on your own domain.
I don't have copy or photos yet. Is that okay?
Yes. We write your copy from what you tell us, in plain language. Send photos in the chat when you have them; adding more later is always possible.
Do I need to be technical or install anything?
No. Start with a short guided setup on the web — no passwords, just an e-mail code. After that, every change is one message. No site builder, no technical work.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel by email: send it to hi@chatbuild.com from the email address on your account. A message in the chat doesn't cancel your plan. Your cancellation counts from the moment your email arrives. A monthly plan then ends at the end of the paid month. A yearly plan renews automatically for another year, so your email must arrive at least 14 days before the renewal date. During the free first month, cancelling ends it at once and you pay nothing. We confirm by email within one working day.
I already have a domain name. Can I use it?
Yes. You can connect it for free: we only ask for the website records, so your email keeps working. Or you transfer it to us as its own yearly payment; we check your email settings first so your mail keeps working.
Is my site automatically GDPR-proof?
Yes. Every site gets a privacy policy, cookie policy and secure forms. When the law changes, we update it for you.
