How do I start?
Start with a short guided setup on the web — no passwords, just an e-mail code. There is nothing to prepare: we ask the right questions about your business. After that, every change is one message. See how it works
How do I change something on my site?
Just message it: “Set the blow-dry price to €27,50.” The change joins your next update, which is on your preview the same day or within two working days, depending on your plan. You decide when it goes live.
How quickly do I get a reply?
Usually within an hour on working days — from a human. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET, and Pro and Exclusive customers get priority.
What if I get stuck?
Message us. A human looks at it with you — no ticket system, no hold music.
