Can customers ask for an appointment through my site?
Yes, with the callback form every plan includes. Customers say when you can best call them; the request lands in your Inbox, and you add it to your calendar in one tap. You confirm the appointment with your customer yourself.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel by email: send it to hi@chatbuild.com from the email address on your account. A message in the chat doesn't cancel your plan. Your cancellation counts from the moment your email arrives. A monthly plan then ends at the end of the paid month. A yearly plan renews automatically for another year, so your email must arrive at least 14 days before the renewal date. During the free first month, cancelling ends it at once and you pay nothing. We confirm by email within one working day.
How do I change something on my site?
Just message it: “Set the blow-dry price to €27,50.” The change joins your next update, which is on your preview the same day or within two working days, depending on your plan. You decide when it goes live.
