The site survives every board change
No passwords on a note, no site grinding to a halt because "the person who did it" has left.
- New board member?Text us the new number. That's the whole handover.
- Nothing gets lostCopy, photos and the calendar are safe with us — not on someone's attic PC.
- The club stays the ownerThe domain is registered to the club, not to a volunteer.
The site tells my story — and participants now find us on their own.
Sport Hard-t Foundation raises money for research into myocarditis in athletes through gravel rides and clinics. The site tells founder Wesley's story, shares news and sends participants straight to the gravel ride sign-up.

What boards often ask us
Quick answers to what people ask most here.
Can I see something before I pay?
Yes. Before you choose a plan, you see your Blueprint and a sketch of your homepage, free of charge. Then the first month of your plan is free: we build your site as a preview you can refine. Payment starts when you go live, or after 30 days. See the plans
I don't have a company registration number. Can I still get a site?
Yes. A company registration or VAT number is useful for your footer and terms, but it is optional. ChatBuild is for businesses and organisations — sole traders, clubs and foundations included — not for private use.
Can members or donors pay online?
Soon — with ChatBuild Shop, membership fees, donations and tickets will go straight to your club's or foundation's account. Sign up and be the first to hear.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel by email: send it to hi@chatbuild.com from the email address on your account. A message in the chat doesn't cancel your plan. Your cancellation counts from the moment your email arrives. A monthly plan then ends at the end of the paid month. A yearly plan renews automatically for another year, so your email must arrive at least 14 days before the renewal date. During the free first month, cancelling ends it at once and you pay nothing. We confirm by email within one working day.
Who can send in changes?
Every plan comes with one editor: you. You send changes from your own chat, typed or as a voice message.
