Do I have to show my recent jobs?
No. Job photos are optional and come from you. Until you add them, the site shows neutral placeholders.
Can I show the area I work in?
Yes. Your service area and opening hours come from your business details and can be changed through chat.
Is the template included in my plan?
Yes. There are no extra template fees: the template is part of your plan. Each template fits a smallest plan, and its page shows that plan with the price excl. VAT.
Will my site look exactly like the demo?
It takes the demo's design: the layout, the fonts and the style. Everything else becomes yours: your name and logo, your texts, your photos and, if you have them, your brand colours. The demo is a fictional business, and none of its copy, figures or photos carries over.
Who writes the texts on my site?
ChatBuild does. Scan your current site or answer a few questions in the chat, and we write every page from your business details. You check the preview and ask for changes before anything goes live.
Can I switch to another template later?
Yes. Your texts and photos carry over to the new design. If the new template needs a higher plan, you are asked to upgrade first.
